We turned good coaching into something that scales.

Chaygarfit started as a single coach's spreadsheet. It's now a platform, but the job hasn't changed: build a plan around the person doing it, watch what actually happens in their training, and adjust before they stall out.

Built by coaches who got tired of templates.

Chaygar Unlimited LLC was founded after years of watching the same pattern: people buy a generic 12-week PDF, follow it for two weeks, and quit because nothing adjusts to how their body actually responds.

Chaygarfit was built to fix that gap — software for the tracking and delivery, a real coach for the judgment calls software can't make.
