This document applies to the services provided by Chaygar Unlimited LLC, doing business as Chaygarfit ("Chaygarfit," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste 57883, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Chaygarfit offers Starter (1-month), 3-Month, 6-Month, and Annual coaching plans, billed upfront for the selected term, plus a standalone 1:1 Consultation add-on.
If you are not satisfied with your Chaygarfit plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not completed more than two coached sessions or received more than one personalized plan revision. This window applies once per customer, to a first-time purchase only.
Once the 14-day window has passed, payments for the current billing term (monthly, 3, 6, or 12 months) are non-refundable, as coaching time, plan design, and coach allocation have already been committed for that term. You may still cancel auto-renewal at any time to stop future charges.
The Starter plan renews monthly. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Charges already processed for the current month are non-refundable after the 14-day window above.
3-Month, 6-Month, and Annual plans are billed in full upfront. These are treated as a single committed purchase for the full term; partial refunds for unused months are not provided outside the 14-day satisfaction window, except where required by applicable law.
The 1:1 Consultation is a single scheduled session. Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are not charged a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Email contact@chaygarfit.com with your account email and order details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly with our support team.
