This document applies to the services provided by Chaygar Unlimited LLC, doing business as Chaygarfit ("Chaygarfit," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste 57883, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Chaygarfit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Chaygarfit is an online software-as-a-service platform providing personalized fitness coaching, training plans, nutrition tracking, progress tracking, and coach messaging, delivered on monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual subscription terms, with an optional standalone 1:1 consultation service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using Chaygarfit you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Chaygarfit provides fitness and nutrition coaching for general wellness purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You participate in any training program at your own risk.
Plans are billed upfront for the selected term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing is displayed at checkout and on our Pricing page. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by sharing account access, attempting to reverse-engineer the service, harassing coaches or staff, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
All training plans, content, software, and branding on Chaygarfit are owned by Chaygar Unlimited LLC or its licensors. Your personalized plan is provided for your individual use and may not be resold or redistributed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaygar Unlimited LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including injury resulting from training activities undertaken at your own discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Chaygarfit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
